Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Order
- Orders can be canceled within 24 to 48 hours of placement, provided they have yet to be processed or shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.
Return and Refund Policy:
- We accept returns only at the time of delivery if the product is not as expected or damaged. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for return.
- To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return.
- Refunds will be processed at the time of delivery on the same day.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we offer the convenience of inspecting the items upon delivery. If, upon inspection at the time of delivery, you find that the received items do not meet your expectations or are damaged, you have the option to return the product immediately to the delivery agent.
Exchange Policy:
It’s important to note that once the product is accepted and payment is made through the cash-on-delivery method, Yaqeen Trading does not entertain any return, exchange, cancellation, or refund requests.
